We provide all levels of care from basic housekeeping and companionship to palliative care. BrossCare is also able to provide specialized care plans and nursing services.

What is the cost and is tax included?

The cost is determined by individual care requirements, BrossCare does not charge tax on services due to our non-profit status.

Will I have the same CareAide for every visit?

Yes! We understand the importance of continuity and assign care providers that you know and trust.

Do BrossCare CareAides have experience in dementia care?

Dementia care is part of the curriculum of the Health Care Assistant (HCA) curriculum including theory, and part of the preceptorship is focused on dementia care. BrossCare also provides ongoing training.

Are BrossCare services covered through insurance?

BrossCare services may be eleigible for coverage through some benefits providers. Please check with your provider for specific details.

What qualifications and training do BrossCare CareAides have?

BrossCare Health staff participate in a detailed BrossCare orientation and onboarding. Our staff have completed the Health Care Assistant (HCA) training, Registered Care Aid (RCA), or equivalent recognized qualification.
